Through his experience and responsibilities at CF Montréal, Alexandre Ferreira-Silva has developed a unique cross-functional perspective on the organization and the challenges it faces.

About Alexandre Ferreira-Silva

Alexandre Ferreira-Silva is Senior Director, Finance and Administration at CF Montréal, where he oversees functions related to finance, information technology, data and business intelligence, compliance, as well as several strategic organizational transformation initiatives.

A member of CF Montréal since 2017, he plays a central role in the evolution of the club’s management and decision-making practices. His expertise lies in integrating finance, data, and technology to enhance organizational performance, support growth, and foster innovation in an environment where agility and the quality of information are essential.

Before joining CF Montréal, Alexandre worked as a Senior Auditor at EY, where he developed strong expertise in financial reporting, governance, and organizational controls. A Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), he has extensive experience in financial management, process optimization, and digital transformation.

Recognized for his cross-functional approach to organizations, he currently leads initiatives spanning finance, technology, data, artificial intelligence, compliance, and continuous improvement. His approach focuses on the strategic use of data and analytical tools to support more informed decision-making and enhance organizational performance.
