Events Committee
The Events Committee designs and coordinates a variety of activities to foster networking and knowledge sharing. Its initiatives include 5 à 7 networking events, luncheon conferences, as well as opening and closing events that energize and engage our community.
Marketing Committee
The Marketing Committee is responsible for the organization’s overall communications, including website management, event promotion, and brand development. It ensures that our message is effectively conveyed to members and partners.
Sponsorship Committee
The Sponsorship Committee focuses on identifying and engaging financial partners while maximizing their visibility across our events and communications. It plays a key role in providing sustainable support for the organization.
Membership and Engagement Committee
The Membership and Engagement Committee oversees the management and growth of our community by facilitating the onboarding of new members and encouraging their active involvement within the organization.
Finance and Treasury Committee
The Finance and Treasury Committee ensures sound financial management of AFP Montréal’s resources. It oversees budget development, rigorous expense monitoring, and the preparation of financial reports, supporting the association’s sustainability and transparency.
Strategy Committee
The Strategy Committee plays a key role in AFP Montréal’s long-term direction. It helps define development priorities, assesses growth opportunities, and ensures that the association’s initiatives align with its mission and the needs of its community.
Audit Committee
The Audit Committee is responsible for reviewing AFP Montréal’s financial and operational practices. It ensures compliance, the integrity of internal processes, and the transparency of reporting, supporting strong and responsible governance.
Nominating Committee
The Nominating Committee oversees the selection and renewal process for members of the Board of Directors. It ensures balanced representation, complementary skill sets, and governance aligned with AFP Montréal’s values and objectives.
