3. Filling of the notice of meeting;
4. Adoption of the agenda;
5. Adoption of the minutes of the AGM held on September 23, 2025;
6. Adoption of the Financial Statements of the Association for Financial Professionnels of Montreal (AFP–Montreal) for the year ending June 30, 2026;
7. Ratification of the amendments to the by-laws;
8. Current affairs: review of activities for the 2025-2026 season;
9. Presentation of new candidates and election of directors;
10. Strategic orientations of the Association for 2026-2027;
11. Question period;
12. Adjournment of the AGM.
