About Jérémy Mulliez
Jérémy Mulliez is Chief Value Officer at Decathlon Canada, where he leads the Finance, Legal, Sustainability, and IT teams. He brings nearly a decade of experience at Unilever North America, where he held multiple financial leadership roles, followed by a position focused on extra-financial performance management at the Decathlon Group level.
Jérémy is driven by a vision of value creation that is both financially and environmentally sustainable. He holds a degree from Columbia University and is also an avid triathlete.

About Stéphane Marchioni
Stéphane Marchioni is Director of Expansion and Operations at Decathlon Canada, where he oversees the development of the store network, operational performance, and the sustainable establishment of the brand in the Canadian market.
With nearly 30 years of experience within the Decathlon Group, Stéphane has held senior leadership roles across Europe, North Africa, and Asia, covering the full value chain—from production, quality, and supply chain to brand development and international expansion. He notably served as Director of Decathlon’s production subsidiary in Shenzhen, China, managing large industrial teams and global supply flows, before becoming Brand Director of Geonaute, leading the group’s electronics product offering worldwide.
He also played a key role in the market study and preparation phase for Decathlon’s entry into Canada, and later in its operational rollout. His background provides recognized expertise in international expansion strategy, multi-country governance, operations, and collaboration between local teams and European decision-making centers.
